In an effort to take our part in being more conscious of being environmentally friendly, we are offering our attendees the opportunity to “opt out” of receiving the Conference Presentation book in print. Attendees will receive the Conference Program Book and all the Conference Speaker Presentations on CD at the conference. This will help to save paper, printing ink, fuel for transportation and the inconvenience of having to carry two books around during the Conference and for the trip back home.
