Annual Conference Exhibitor Information   The IAITAM 2008 Conference & Exhibition provides organizations a way to directly interact with potential customers and decision makers. The IAITAM 2008 Exhibition Hall will feature leading IT Asset Management vendors with a wide array of asset management products and services critical to implementing IT Asset Management programs in any organization. Exhibitor Fee: $3,995 per booth Provider Members recieve a $500 discount per booth!   To give exhibitors maximum exposure to attendees, two receptions will be held in the Exhibition Hall the first two days of the conference.  The dates are Wednesday and Thursday evenings, October 15th and 16th from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. with a  unique theme each night and special activities throughout. IAITAM will also provide exhibitors a chance to meet with potential customers before and after hours through a “Vendor Walk” where each will be able to showcase their products and services without competing with the conference tracks.
