IMUG Webinar: How to Cope with the Explosion of SaaS Applications?

August 20 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

The IT landscape is changing. Companies are dealing with a proliferation of Hardware and Software assets across the enterprise and are finding it challenging to gain full visibility of the IT landscape. How do you optimize spend across expensive SaaS applications (like Salesforce, Marketo, Office365) while also managing employee-purchased apps paid via personal credit card? And don’t forget about your installed desktop software applications and the necessity to avoid ‘speeding tickets’ that the big vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, etc.) can issue for over-usage of licensed desktop software packages. This session will discuss best practices of holistic asset management across SaaS applications, installed desktop software and hardware asset management gleaned from work with companies like Yelp, Zendesk, Sendgrid, Flatiron Health and many others.
