The Disposal Management Advanced Course of Study is based on the information and practices contained in the IAITAM Best Practice Library (IBPL) Disposal Management volume 12 which pertains to the activities and procedures for properly removing assets from an environment.

Disposal Management is the means and practice of properly disposing of assets that have reached their end of lifecycle and are no longer of value to an organization.
