If your organization took the ITAM360 Assessment, what rating do you expect it would get for each KPA?

I think our company would do well on some of the KPAs. One i feel we would do poorly on is financial management. Our organization spends pretty frivolously and there is no cost charge system for when users lose equipment.

I think it would rate high for most of the KPAs. We still need improvement regarding implementing policies and processes.

I believe we will do fairly well.

4-5 across most KPAs. Project and Acquisition would be the exceptions (2 and 3 respectively).
