Program Management is the set of processes that are required to build, maintain and monitor the ITAM core competency. Building a successful ITAM program includes defining a mission, overall strategies, and objectives. It also includes developing measurements and prioritizing ITAM efforts within an organization. The ITAM program serves as a source of awareness throughout an organization.
