Reply To: If your organization took the ITAM360 Assessment, what rating do you expect it would get for each KPA?

In many KPAs we are doing well such as Asset Identification, Disposal, Financial, and Vendor Management.

Some KPAs are present but lack overall governance such as Communication/Education, Compliance, Documentation, Policy, and Project Management.

Finally, there are KPAs that are entirely missing such as Acquisition, Legislation and Program Management.
