I assume this question means to reference Disposal not Project. As nearly every KPA is either supported by or enabled by the other KPAs, it is difficult to pick one. An argument could be made to elevate the role of vendor management; in most cases, companies rely on vendors for both the documentation (disposal records) and compliance (certified disposal process vs landfill). They nearly enable disposal management by their specialized equipment and resources.
