I assist with user reports and send to my Finance business partner. They allocate costs to the different cost centers for budgeting purposes. I also pay invoices for the purchase requests that I submit. Mainly for Microsoft purchases. The budget/service owner’s are responsible for submitting their own PRs with my assistance on renewal requirements.
