Charles Robbins is the Chief Compliance Officer at TechR2. He is also the Standards Officer for the Ohio Cyber Reserve. He has 47 years of computer programming experience designing systems for the US military, airfields, datacenters, and factories. He is a retired Army Officer having served in the Cavalry, Armor, and Infantry. He is a US Army Instructor Qualified and has taught in the military and at college level for 39 years. He is the author of many Engineering software books. He is also a compliance officer for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 20243, 31000, NIST, HIPAA, SOC-2, and OSHA. Charles is married to Donna Blischak for 38 years and they have 2 children.
