Terolyn Phinsee, is CSAM, CHAMP, CAIAM certified. She is the Sr. Software Compliance/ITAM Program Manager for MemorialCare Health Systems. She is a recognized ITAM expert. She provides technology leadership to community non-profits for inner-city youth and former foster youth. Terolyn received the 2024 Flexera Judge’s Choice Technology Intelligence Award. As a Sr. Technical Project Manager she mentors others to implement and manage IAITAM KPAs, ITIL, ISO, and HIPAA Security processes and procedures. She has successfully negotiated software contracts and license reviews resulting in a savings of over $4M. She is passionate helping others find their role in IT and purpose in life.
