Strength: very organized, detail-oriented and thorough
Weakness: coming from a different occupational field, I am still learning a lot of the more technical IT aspects and language
Opportunity: to continue to learn and grow and become even better in my role
Threat: new administrators coming in and making changes just for the sake of change
