yes in a former role, twice, in the first case actions I took with my team reduced the penalty from .5 million down to 30K, in the second case, I left prior to the conclusion of a major Oracle audit and I believe the organization had a time with that one. The bigger problem was having a better oracle product detection system for the Oracle software and databases that were in the environment, which I indicated but was ignored on in that role at that time. I do hope they listened and used my systems I left for them.
