Some of the top KPAs include:
Documentation – Keeping good records of your assets acquired (so you know they are due to be disposed) as well as post-disposal records showing your liability release are very important.
Compliance – Disposal processes must be in compliance with local laws which can vary at a region or even country level
Asset ID – Proper asset IDs make tracking the asset lifecycle, even through the disposal process, easier.
