While I am not currently affiliated with an ITAM program, this course has given me valuable insight into how I would structure an ITAM team in the future. Understanding how information flows across departments will be crucial in building a team that fosters collaboration and drives ITAM success. I have considered key management roles necessary to ensure effective governance, compliance, and lifecycle management. My approach would focus on aligning personnel with organizational goals, ensuring clear communication channels, and defining responsibilities that support efficient asset tracking and optimization.
