The most important roles for the policy Management KPA are:
Policy Manager – maintains the policy and defines its enforcement according to best practices
Legal Department – provides advice on legal and regulatory requirements
Program Manager – provides resources and bridges the policy management personnel to other operations
Security Department – provies guidance on security standards related to ITAM policy
Ohter key stakeholders in my organization are Corporate Risk Management, who support interpretation of regulations and best practice frameworks, and Corporate Compliance, who support methods of enforcement.
