All users are stakeholders, therefore all users are expected to be identified and communicated. If any are identified as exceptions then the process to inform ITAM needs to be adjusted to take that into consideration.
Communication between the different teams that have the same goal. That goal is to get the area up and functioning in a timely manner and the customer has everything they need to function properly.
Examples: desktop team with the network team, communicating with the application analyst to make sure the computer has the applications the user is needing, working with management to ensure the equipment ordered is what the user is needing, work with the user to make sure they understand how to use the equipment
