    Not surprisingly, the same stakeholder awareness gaps exist in an IT consulting organization as in the IT organizations we advise.
    For example, ITSM consulting teams are unaware of the importance of Asset and how to incorporate in their solution designs and advice and implementation for customers.

    Our organization is huge and has so many levels of leadership that pose stake in ITAM processes. CTO, CIO, President, various VPs, all of our technology services department, etc. etc. There are hundreds of folks in our organization that share stake in this.
