Yes, our organization already has an asset disposal process in place. Decommissioned electronic devices are collected in a palletized crate, where they are later retrieved by a not-for-profit organization that harvests usable parts with the help of volunteers. More sensitive materials are handled separately, with a contracted company ensuring secure destruction. To further improve this process, I would encourage better documentation and tracking of disposed assets to enhance transparency, compliance, and potential reporting on sustainability efforts.
