If your organization took the ITAM360 Assessment, what rating do you expect it would get for each KPA?

I’d say mid-range to low scores. Some areas we’re handling well, but we don’t have a software retirement process (haven’t had it for the last 6 years) due to resource constraints. There is definitely work to be done.
