There needs to be a document that can let end users know what impact they have on ITAM and info that is sent around the organization.
There also needs to be documentation of ALL ITAM processes – HW and software – so that in the even that any system needs to be updated, there will be complete references.
Training – There is no ITAM training materials included in onboarding materials.
Policy – Policies are written with a subject in mind, all departments withing org are included in the one document; ITAM is not a focal point. Security of data is highlighted, however, the return of equipment is not a focus.
