Currently my organization is using discovery tools for hardware and software, as well as for activity on user accounts.
We could benefit from some type of software that automatically links service desk tickets with our hardware asset management database (without the need of brand new code being created)
Discovery, Repository, Physical Inventory. These are actively used within the ITAM program. Metering and Usage tools have been discussed, however, not in use.
