1. Documentation Updates – is important within the team so everyone has somewhere to look to see how things should be working, and what to do if something isn’t up to par.
2. Reference Guide for Whole Organization explaining what ITAM is, why we’re important, and how their actions affect us. This is important because it could help to mitigate some of the problems that ITAM runs into on the regular relating to user submitted/updated data.
