My team is currently reviewing the KPAs and integrating into our hardware and software standards. Currently, we feel these are sufficient and comprehensive and have no additional suggestions.
I build my document retention and workflows around the 12. I have always been able to find where my work should be filed, keep, etc., with the 12 KPA’s provided. I cannot think of any additional areas that need to be added.
