    They are generated according to the equipment series and the area to which the asset belongs.

    We don’t use tags, serial number is the unique identifier.

    Our asset tags have barcodes with unique numbers (10 digits long?).

    When tracking our assets, we use device serial numbers as well as tag numbers assigned by vendors.
