Another intertwinable set. Communication is arguably more important though because without it Education is very difficult.
The Core KPAs are fairly intertwinable on importance. Program Management ties it all together while Policy Management sets the program guides.
Defining the program itself. That would define which KPAs take prominence. Risk Management may be more important than asset lifecycle depending on goals.
That is the current problem spot. With standards and policies scattered about, there is confusion as to which one is right. There is also some push back on meeting them and historically been minimal consequences unless a situation results from it.
procurement and hardware standards currently depend on who you talk to. There are numerous options available overall, but different divisions use different models as their standard. Having the standards and availability set form a higher level may ease that and improve overall support and risk management.
Attitude helps determine buy-in or willingness to adopt changes.
The culture may also influence what communication style would be best received.Service & Support teams, Departments / users for life of equipment & budget planning and risk management, HR for documentation management, Communications team

What are “winning” criteria? How can an item be useful to both sides / multiple areas?Budgeting & Planning:
