ParticipantCommunication is important because you need to be able to get your point across as well as listen to others. Education is important because you need to know the product so you can determine if it is what is needed for your current environment.

ParticipantCommunication between the different teams that have the same goal. That goal is to get the area up and functioning in a timely manner and the customer has everything they need to function properly.
