Both are important but communication needs to occur before education. You can’t evaluate the success or completion of education without communication being completed. As such Communication is the priority.
Financial – penalties, fees, market value/share prices, Removal of certification, Reputational, Business Advantages, Escalations internally (disciplinary actions).
Cannot discuss internal procedures in detail.
High Level – Streamline new opportunities and engagement of appropriate stakeholders
Personnel relationships, Business/Organizational objectives and future goals/direction, Investment in Assets and Processes, Executive Support, Vendor/Procurement Processes/Procedures and Relationships, Legal Compliance and Legislative Requirements.
ITAM Progam Policy outlining the scope and requirements of the program and the related policies based on the 12 KPAs.
Business Leaders, Emergency/Crisis Teams (DR, BC, Risk), Vendor/Procurement Management, C Suite, Legal, HR
Active Listening, Good Verbal Communication – clear, concise, Ability to convey cost savings and business justification.
Helping review programs and ensuring the 12 KPAs are addressed / in place. Support development of 12 KPA processes.
