ParticipantWhere are we now and where to we want to be. For us, the financil side is not tracked well withing the inventory system for hardware and the two be would be to fix all that in the system. Software side we have that handled.

ParticipantStrength: listening to others and with strong work ethics
Weakness: Taking on too much, not saying no
Opportunity: Learning a good struture of doing our work, networking with team mates.

ParticipantStrengths: Items are tagged when they come in.
Weakness: Staff streached too thin and thus records are not kept in a time fashion or not at all.
Opportunities: We are reseting our inventory system and now is the time to get it right.
