Acquisition first because nothing happens without an asset. All 12 KPAs need to be implemented however.

Compliance and risk mitigation. This includes security, license compliance, asset tracking and centralized procurement.

We have enhanced a few processes in our org with our new ITSM tool. The we automated the renewal notification and New Software Request process.
