I think both are equally important, however, I think there is a really good case for education being the most important. Without a solid education in a subject, it is quite ineffective to communicate it or have productive conversations with others.

I think our hardware warehouse would be a lot simpler if the entire process was automated up to pulling the inventory for staging as right now we have to manually acknowledge the request and create a purchase request to submit to the buying department in order to order the backfill
our office culture is very much siloed, departments tend to enjoy working amongst themselves and I think that can be very harmful to communication as it views out of department sources as foreign instead of united within the same institution.
I am not sure if I will be in front of any executives at this point, but if I do i think i would intend on making the content applicable to them
my roles will be to expand on the program we currently have, finding ways to get us towards being a fully functional ITAM program
current state of affairs including the current processes and roles that are in place would be the “Is Map” and the “Should Map” would elaborate deeper on how we would expand on the current roles and processes we have, along with the addition of new processes
