Managing IT Spend has always been an important task of the IT Asset Manager. In this session, we’ll discuss some of the adjustments we find ourselves making due to providers changing licensing mechanisms, work from home, etc. and how new tools like Contract Management Systems, and FinOps solutions are helping to provide an integrated view of the data necessary to keep costs down while bringing real value to the organization.
