The IAITAM Annual Conference and Exhibition (ACE) is the event for IT Asset Management education and networking. ITAM practitioners and those involved in making IT decisions, such as legal, financial and C-level executives, gather every year for networking opportunities and the chance to learn from other industry professionals and leaders.

Share your knowledge with dedicated professionals by presenting at the IAITAM ACE. Each speaker is provided a 60 minute presentation time slot and one complimentary ACE pass for the full schedule of events.

Submission of the Speaker Proposal form does not guarantee acceptance by the conference committee. All presentations must be educational in nature; sales language is not permitted in speaker presentations.

Proposals will be reviewed February 9th, February 23rd, March 1st, March 8th, March 15th, March 22nd, and March 29th.

This years’ event in Las Vegas is almost full for speakers. Make sure you get your proposals in now, do not wait! We have already exhausted our speaking slots for the Disposal/ITAD category & the SAM category. If you wish to speaker at IAITAM ACE 2024, be sure to get your Speaker Proposal in now & avoid the above categories as we will not be taking any more presentations in those topics!

Speaking Terms and Conditions:

Thank you for your interest in speaking at an IAITAM event. IAITAM invites you to submit the completed form below to demonstrate your interest and to identify the topic area that you would like to present. In order to be considered, all fields must be completed including a brief abstract of your topic.

IAITAM will review all submissions and contact you to discuss the topic if needed. Chosen speakers will be sent a formal confirmation with event dates. An acceptance reply from chosen speakers is required by the date noted within the confirmation to lock in the speaking slot. If needed, additional speakers will be formally invited to participate by IAITAM.

Presenter warrants to conference organizer that all parts of the Biography, the Presentation, and the Documentation which are presented as factual in nature and accurate, and that the Biography, the Presentation and the Documentation will not wrongfully disclose confidential information or otherwise violate the legal rights of any third party.

Presenter does not own any copyright in templates or graphics provided by conference organizer, or other materials not created by the presenter. Presentation content copyright is assigned to the presenter and presenter grants IAITAM distribution and republication rights of the presentation and other conference materials for purposes of the IAITAM event. Speakers are not permitted to display copyright statements on presentations or other conference materials.

  • All presentations are to be educational in nature and those with a focus on product sales will be rejected
  • All presentations should pertain to the IT Asset Management field
  • Real world experiences and case studies are preferred

One accepted speaker per presentation will have their event fee waived as a thank you from IAITAM. Speaker is responsible for all other expenses, including pre/post-conference training and lodging accommodations. More details will be provided on the confirmation notification.

If you wish to co-present, both speakers must complete their own Speaker Submission Form. The co-presentation request must be denoted in the Special Notes/Requests field.

In order to maintain an equal representation of our valued speakers – Please keep submission word count within the provided guidelines. IAITAM reserves the right to shorten submitted speaker bios, abstracts and titles to fit the provided parameters.

In order to maintain professional continuity – Please provide a professional, hi-res photograph (JPG/PNG at 300ppi is optimal) for use in your speaker bio and other ACE marketing materials. If a photo matching this description is not provided, IAITAM reserves the right to refuse its use. Speakers who do not provide an appropriate photo will be represented by the IAITAM logo instead.
