Should-Map = AID+POL(CMP+LEG+VEN)+DOC+COM(PRG+FIN+ACQ)
Assets are identified for disposal and status updated in asset tracker.Devices are erased and software harvested according to Policy. Vendors have been vetted by parent company; however, local Legislation is unknown. LEG should be researched and communicated relularly. Disposal paper work and asset ACQ information is collected and reported to Finance for final retirement. We should have a document repository that links to individual asset history within the organization (from cradle to grave).
