Strengths: doing our best to document what we can and our communication with each other
Weakness: limited resources and structure
Opportunities: develop a way to inventory the assets in our institution as there are so many places where things are falling through the cracks
Threat: lack of support, limited understanding of the importance of having managed assets and difficulties communicating with different departments that prefer to do everything department based rather than having one large management body
