1. Requirements gathering and analyzing need creates a lot of back and forth emails, which wastes time.
a. Schedule a call to discuss.
2. Several Forms have been created to collect data; however, the answers tend to vague or too technical for the audience.
a. Consolidate forms down to one or two. Eliminate redundant questions. Confirm answers during call in step 1 to ensure clarity.
