I have built and refined ITAM processes, all of which I openly share with the ITAM community. My experiences and expertise has allowed me to contribute to the evolution and maturation of emerging ITAM concepts (i.e. Cloud assets, AI embedded in IT assets, management of virtual assets;)
In addition, I was able to network with industry peers at the 2024 ACE conference. I was able to share my knowledge and experience while having two way conversations and being able to have some healthy industry discussions.
