I manage SAM and HAM programs for a large company. I have authored policies, standards, controls, procedures and support documentation. I have built and refined ITAM processes, all of which I openly share with the ITAM community. My experiences and expertise has allowed me to contribute to the evolution and maturation of emerging ITAM concepts (i.e. Cloud assets, AI embedded in IT assets, management of virtual assets;)

In addition, I was able to network with industry peers at the 2024 ACE conference. I was able to share my knowledge and experience while having two way conversations and being able to have some healthy industry discussions.

Continuous learning. Stay up to date on the newest ITAM trends and technology. Engaging in ongoing education, such as IAITAM certification programs, will not only improve my abilities but also establish me as a subject matter expert.

I work for one of the ( ITAM ) solution leaders and my goal is to learn all aspects of what and ITAM practice/program entails.
What their challenges are and how the solution I represent can help them to successfully deliver expected goals.
Knowing the ITAM industry and the ITAM professional role in depth, helps me to articulate the value of solutions and how it can adhere to their deliverables.
