I have a customer implementing Enterprise Asset Management to manage a fleet of vehicles to be used as loaners to employees for company travel around the state. The OOB process is all attendant managed however the parking sites do not have attendants. They need a simple self-service solution.Simple to use however wrought with possibilities for failure – initial recommendation is for users to call Motor Pooli Desk for all issues, for Motor Pool to log as tickets and categorize by designated issue categories so that the most common issues can have automated mitigations added to the process in future releases.
