These contacts are outlined within IT and communicated to “informed” teams such as Accounting/CFO. But this chart is redefined based on situations and needs. I am responsible for assets, we created tickets that hold the information in case….so that the group deploying the assets to clients replies the information back to me via the tickets and then I manage where the assets go in the system
