Yes, our organization participates in multiple audits throughout the year. We audit user access to applications quarterly and will occasionally be asked to audit software usage by vendors. These audits are completed in a standard fashion with reports outlining usage reports and licensing position.

Yes. Someone comes and wants to know what we have on hand and see what has been purchased by departments. They also want to know the tracking information for the items. The main thing is documentation, documentation, documentation.
