We have a lot of work to do to implement best practice standards. Since I’ve joined the team, my focus has been on Documentation Management, and internally educating and communicating with our team on the importance of accurate and complete documentation (we have lower level clerks that enter the data, but some don’t have much of a HAM or SAM background).

Professional Development: Both my company and IAITAM emphasize the importance of continuous professional development. Our company invests in training and resources that align with IAITAM’s certification programs, ensuring that employees are well-versed in industry best practices.
