We have a lot of processes in place but our goal is to get all the business lines to adhere to the processes and have a central SME to lead us. We will formalize and update based on IAITAM’s teachings

We don’t have any standards, but we are currently in the process of getting our teams certified and trained in IAITAM processes.

I believe that my standards are alight with IAItam’s standards, as in my role, I prioritize compliance, accuracy, and collaboration across departments to ensure asset management practices support both operational goals and governance. I also respect the confidentiality of business information and always aim to make fair, unbiased decisions.

IAITAM emphasizes governance, communication, and structure—and that’s exactly what’s reflected in foundational KPAs like:

Policy Management → aligns with IAITAM’s focus on formalized, enforceable policies.

Program Management → supports IAITAM’s emphasis on dedicated ownership and strategic alignment.

Communication & Education Management → mirrors IAITAM’s call for cross-functional awareness and stakeholder engagement.

Follow similar standards as described, and a fairly mature SAM program
