The organization I currently work for follows standards closely aligned with IAITAM, as the program was developed by individuals who were trained through IAITAM.

Happy to adapt and grow myself – win-win situation to my personal growth and also to the organisation – since IAITAM standards help to mitigate risks and maintain good reputation in the market.

Personally, my standards are constantly expanding and growing. As soon as we reach a standard that I am happy about, I move the goal post to push my team to reach even higher. The better asset management performs, the more we can save the organization, the more risk we can mitigate, and the more compliance we can reach.

My department mainly handles HAM, but we are expanding rapidly. ITAM has given our team a roadmap for best practices moving forward.
