very closely, We have good standards in place that are strongly aligned with IAITAM. We are continuously reviewing process and procedures to ensure best practices are being followed and have a good understanding of the ITAM need on a global scale.

We have a process; however, they have to reiterated often because if not people have a tendency to fall short on keeping up with the policy and procedures. That is why you have to keep up with training staff and keeping them up to date with any changes with the company processes.
