In many KPAs we are doing well such as Asset Identification, Disposal, Financial, and Vendor Management.

Some KPAs are present but lack overall governance such as Communication/Education, Compliance, Documentation, Policy, and Project Management.

Finally, there are KPAs that are entirely missing such as Acquisition, Legislation and Program Management.
