    Remote / Hybrid / On Prem – My office is all remote. My customers are a mix however generally do not want to pay for us to come on site
    +s We cna schedule more flexibly, do not have to consume time traveling
    -s we don’t get the face to face, cannot be sure of attentiveness
    => Need strategies to keep them engaged and involved in the discussions
