Weaknesses = I am impatient, I am the lead but often jump in and will start the job because the team is taking to long.
Opportunities = To build the team and cross the branch trust barrier in the group
Threats = My age! Scared someone is going to have to replace me earlier than I think.Strengths – Experiences with the tools and previous processes to create and implement Asset management.
Weaknesses – New to the organization and lack of knowledge of structure and team responsibilities.
Opportunity – To share my experience and build strong working relationships within my sphere of influence.
Threat – Taking on too much and not delivering on requirements.Strengths: Strong work ethic, being accountable, delivering results, continuous learner capable of effective communication.
Weaknesses: Taking on excessive workloads resulting in unbalance work/life ratio. Struggle with having an engineering mindset.
Opportunities: Continuous educations and participation in leadership programs.
Threats: Lack of organizational alignment on strategy. Constant stress of potential audits.My weaknesses for now, I need the training that’s being provided for me, and need to listen closely before I speak.
My strength are I accomplice every task that’s given to me.Strengths: Effective communicator, strong work ethic, skilled at contract negotiation and interpretation, strong teaching and procedural creation background
Weaknesses: Need to continue to build skills in key areas (virtualization, hardware asset management, mobile asset management)
Opportunity: Further IAITAM certifications, and possibly a second baccalaureate degree, baccalaureate certification, or a master’s degree in Information Management Systems (have a background in music/music & copyright licensing)
Threat: Lack of opportunity
