    That is the current problem spot. With standards and policies scattered about, there is confusion as to which one is right. There is also some push back on meeting them and historically been minimal consequences unless a situation results from it.

    Depends on the severity of the infraction and what resulted from the infraction…disciplinary action up to and including termination.

    Each policy should include its own owner, monitoring plan, and enforcement plan. Policy management in general should be measured by how many policies have active owners, how often they are monitored, and how actual enforcement compares with planned enforcement, as well as how often the policy itself is reviewed and updated.
