There needs to be a document that can let end users know what impact they have on ITAM and info that is sent around the organization- so that they can help improve ITAM data and processes.

There also needs to be documentation of ALL ITAM processes – HW and software – so that in the even that any system needs to be updated, there will be complete references.

1) There is a known compliance risk to the organization without this project and we owe it to ourselves to not only act as good corporate citizens but to align our actions with our global sustainability goals.

2) Moving forward with this project gives much needed visibility to our asset lifecycle and could even help us proactively solve issues of missing assets.
