    Convey your message clearly and in a way that is easy for your audience to understand. Be willing to receive feedback (good and bad) and take that feedback into consideration when evaluating policies and processes.

    Be open to listen and learn from others. Communicate clearly and be concise with your instructions to ensure the receiver understands the message. Pour into and empower those around you so they can be better versions of themselves.

    Be consistent. Be accountable. Be respectful. Listen to different points of view. Recognise the ideas, contributions, and achievements of others. Understand it is not necessary to be an expert in everything to be an effective leader.
